Private application · limited seats
Run an agency without employees. Keep the margin, the clients, and the control.
For agency owners who want to keep more of what they bill, and for people who want to start an agency without hiring a team. Brad runs his own marketing company with agents instead of staff: he writes the rules, the agents do the jobs, and he reads one report a week. The call is to see whether he can help you run yours that way; if so, we work out the right way to work together. A handful of seats at a time.
The company this comes from
In five months, from an empty folder, one person and a set of agents shipped 75 websites, 562 videos, 36 automated email sequences and 75 ad campaigns with no media buyer (cold leads at $2 to $5, best creative $0.89). The businesses that machine feeds took in $326,700 since May 1, 2026 on under $20,000 of ad spend in the same window. Every job in it used to be a hire. None of them were. Pulled from the live systems September 29, 2026.
It was never you. It was the payroll.
Strip an agency down to the work and it is a list of jobs. What you were paying for was the coordination between them, and coordination is what eats the margin, because every job came with a person. In Brad's company an agent does the coordination and the rules are written down where the owner can read them.
Who this is for

- Or you have a skill or a market you know, and you want to start an agency without hiring a team.
- You are willing to write the rules down and read a report once a week. You, or someone on your team.
- You want the capability in your company, not rented from a vendor.
- You are moving to AI this quarter, not studying it.
Questions
What is the call, exactly?
A thirty-minute fit conversation with the Optimus team. We read your application first, so the call is about your agency, or the one you want to start, and what you pay people for today, not a pitch. You leave with a yes, a no, or a next step, and nobody asks you to decide on the call.
I do not have an agency yet. Is this for me?
Yes, if you have a skill or a market you know and you want the agency built this way from day one, with agents doing the delivery and you writing the rules. Say so on the application. The call is the same; the starting point is different.
Who runs the agents?
You do, or someone on your team. That is the entire point: the capability lives in your company, not in a vendor. Agents do the jobs, the rules are written down where you can read them, and one person reads a weekly report. That is how Brad runs his own company today. Brad is not becoming your back office; he helps you stop needing one.
What if I am not the tech person?
Good news: you do not have to be. The agents are the tech part. And if your expertise sits somewhere that never required tech, that is an advantage rather than a gap: you have judgment about your clients and your market, and judgment is the piece no agent supplies. The rules are written in plain language, and the person who owns the weekly report does not have to be you.
Do I have to let people go?
No. Nothing on this page asks you to. Most owners start by giving agents the work they would otherwise hire for next, and the roster stays where it is while the margin moves. What you do with the headcount after that is your call, with numbers in front of you.
